Quotes
Quotes are free and carry no obligation, and we do not take a deposit for an assessment. A quote is based on the information, photos and access details you give us. If the volume of items or the access turns out to be materially different on the day, we will tell you before continuing and agree any change with you first.
Bookings and access
You are responsible for making sure we can access the property and, where relevant, that parking is available. Please tell us in advance about restricted access, permit zones, lifts or stairs. If we cannot gain access at the agreed time we may need to rearrange.
What we will and will not take
We remove furniture, mattresses, appliances, garden and green waste, light construction waste and rubble, cardboard and packaging and bulky household waste. We cannot accept hazardous materials such as asbestos, chemicals, gas cylinders, paint tins that are not empty or clinical waste. If such items are present, tell us beforehand and we will advise.
Your belongings
Please check every item before we load. Once items are removed we cannot recover them. Anything you want to keep should be clearly separated and pointed out to us before we start.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. The agreed price covers labour, loading, transport and disposal of the items described in the quote.
Cancellation
You can cancel or rearrange at any time — please give us as much notice as you can so the slot can be offered to someone else. Where you are a consumer, your statutory cancellation rights are unaffected.
Liability
We take care in your property and work carefully around floors, doorways and decoration. If we cause damage, tell us straight away and we will discuss putting it right. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
